Founded in 1977 as a small excavating and concrete contractor, we have grown into a full-service contractor with a full array of self-perform, general/specialty contracting, construction management, and design-build services to companies throughout the United States.  One of the keys to our success is our ability to provide unique self-perform capabilities. These critical construction activities allow us to maintain tighter control over quality, cost and schedule.

Today, our 9 acre complex located in Livonia, Michigan includes a 43,000 SF office building, 26,000 SF steel fabricating facility and a 22,000 SF warehouse/mechanic shop.  Our success has been earned every day, on every project. We earn it by continually improving our operating processes, which emphasize quality and client satisfaction.

We have grown by building solid relationships with our clients – we pride ourselves that nearly 90% of our clients are repeat customers.   Our relationships with clients, contractors and trade organizations are vast and deep allowing us to collect best practices across disciplines and markets – today we bring our 35 years of lessons learned to bear on your project.
